Of course the existence of these crackers tarnish the good image that has been built by hackers for years.
Hacker Levels
Based on the level of ability and experience of hackers, they classify themselves into the following levels:
1. Elite:
They are the hacker group with the highest "caste". They understand and understand the details of computer systems, networks, programming and complicated algorithms. Most of the Elite are naturally intelligent people. And they are generally good hackers who have never done anything illegal.
2. Semi Elite:
Hackers at this level are younger than Elite. They also understand the ins and outs of computer systems to the ability to learn about security holes. They usually act with the help of software assistance or called exploits. Semi Elite usually publishes their findings to the public.
3. Developed Kiddie:
This type of hacker is usually young and still in school. They use exploit programs to test the security of their school networks and are still trying to find popularity among other hackers.
4. Kiddie Script:
Just like Developed Kiddie, it's just that this class of hackers has the ability and understanding that is still minimal in computer systems and computer programming languages.
5. Lamer:
Well this group actually can not be called a hacker. They have no understanding of programming languages. They only read various writings and references about the world of hacking. Usually they only use hacking programs that are ready and can be obtained easily on the internet. Sometimes they even don't understand what they are doing.
